Thank you for choosing Cassidy. We are committed to delivering your Tighten & Lift Neck Cream as quickly and safely as possible. Below are the details of our shipping process and policies.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

• Orders placed before 12:00 PM IST are typically processed on the same day.

• Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or National Holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently offer the following options for Pan-India delivery:

Free shipping is available on all orders above ₹499.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and a WhatsApp/SMS notification containing your Tracking ID and a link to the courier partner’s website (e.g., Shiprocket, Delhivery, or BlueDart). You can track your package 24 hours after it has been dispatched.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery for most pincodes across India.

• To ensure successful delivery, please provide a complete and accurate address.

• For COD orders, our team may reach out via WhatsApp to confirm the order before dispatch to prevent delivery failures.

5. Damages & Issues

Cassidy is responsible for any products damaged or lost during transit.

• If you receive your order damaged, please take a photo or an unboxing video and contact our support team at contact@gocassidy.com within 24 hours.

• Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

6. International Shipping

We currently only ship within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
